Right...
I'm hard to describe, but I'm sure it's common (correct me if you DO find it easy to describe yourself, in which case I tip my hat to you).

I am a very laid-back guy, anything that can be done, can be done calmly! I can be very quiet in large or new social situations, but if you're someone I want to know, I'll make the effort, and if you get to know me, it can be hard to shut me up!

I mainly sit around philosophising with friends, reading, watching documentaries, films and youtube, or playing xbox, but given the chance, I'll pack up for a weekend in Kernow or a week's hiking holiday.
I have to admit, I almost never go out drinking, I don't really enjoy the atmosphere of most pubs and clubs... But I'll always drag myself along if it's important to someone.

I've been kind of politically active. I always read up on what's going on behind the official media curtains, and attended the large union march last year, as well as a small Trafalgar Square weekend occupation a few days later. But, until I find my "rightful place" within the activist scene, I just stay as aware as I can without going mad...

I listen to anything, from Ludacris and Dre, to Slipknot and (hed) PE, all the way to Mozart's Exsultate Jubalate, so anything good really,
Same with films, my recent watches are Pirates 4, Tucker & Dale, Goodnight and good luck, and akira.
Hunter S. Thompson's Great Shark Hunt is the current book I'm reading, but I've just finished a Bill Bryson book, and I love a good conspiracy read!

I love learning, a day without learning is a wasted day! Not that I've ever really taken the academic route though... But I do attempt learning Chinese, did me pretty well when I wandered around the Middle Kingdom for a while a few years ago :)
